1. Confirm the following with your ski group:
- where you'd like to ski (Preferred countries and/or resorts? Need beginner or expert skiing or both? Any non-skiers in the group?)
- a date works for everyone (don't drive yourself nuts by getting quotes before knowing your dates of travel)
- the max budget per person (if some can afford only £400, but others want five star accommodation, your group needs to talk about it)
- preferred travel and accommodation type (Fly/train/self drive? Chalet/hotel/apartment? Shared or sole occupancy? What board basis?)
- who wants extras booked with the holiday; (i) lift pass (ii) ski rental, (iii) boot rental, (iv) ski carriage on the plane, (v) lessons
- get everyone's personal details so you can immediately secure the right holiday when you find it
- (i) first and last names (must match passport spelling)
- (ii) dates of birth (again, must match passport)
- (iii) payment details (will the group pay you and then you pay us, or do they each want to pay separately? NB debit cards incur no fee)
